Wednesday is market day up at Mojacar Pueblo, so off we trotted to our favourite fruit and veg seller who always gives us a freebie, plus he's a fantastic salesman as we always come away with more than what we went for!!!!
There are no excuses here not to eat healthily, the fruit and vegetables on sale taste beautiful, just as they should taste and completely different from the UK, that's probably because they are uber fresh!!!
Now it's off for an hour long walk down to the Gym where the other half is going for his Pilates hour long lesson....
